By accessing this website or requesting services from Heavy Hitt Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Heavy Hitt Towing provides towing, recovery, and roadside assistance services in San Diego County. Estimated arrival times and quoted prices are subject to road, weather, and demand conditions.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fleet account terms are governed by your separate fleet agreement.
Liability
We exercise reasonable care in handling your vehicle. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle.
Cancellations
Requests cancelled after a truck has been dispatched may incur a dispatch fee.
