Whatever caused yours, our tech will come to you, get your spare safely mounted, and make sure your wheel is properly tightened with a torque wrench — not just a four-way 'good enough' tug.

Service applies to passenger vehicles: sedans, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, and light trucks. We can swap full-size matching spares and compact 'donut' spares. Donut spares have real limitations — typically 50 mph max and 50–70 miles of range — and we'll remind you of those before you drive off. If your spare is also flat, dry-rotted, or missing entirely, we'll tow you to a tire shop instead. No drama, no judgment.

Safety is non-negotiable. On a freeway shoulder, our tech sets up cones and triangles before touching anything, parks the truck to shield you from passing traffic when possible, and works on the curb-side wheel whenever it's the flat. If your car is on a slope, in soft dirt, or in a spot where a jack can't sit safely, we'll either reposition it or, if we can't do it safely, tow it to where the swap can be done properly. Your safety and the vehicle's safety come before speed.

Modern vehicles have wrinkles. Many have TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) sensors that need to be reset after a wheel swap; we'll let you know whether your car will self-relearn or whether a quick scan-tool reset at a shop is needed. Some lifted trucks, performance cars, and EVs have unusual jack points — we use OEM lift locations only, not random spots on the unibody that could bend a pinch weld or crack underbody plastic.

Pricing is flat-rate. Dispatch quotes it on the phone. There's no 'we couldn't get the lug nut off so it's double' nonsense — locking lug keys, stuck lugs, and corroded studs are all part of the job we signed up for. If we genuinely can't free a lug (which is rare), we'll explain why and either tow you to a tire shop or recommend the right next step.
